Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to Fairness

At AD Nexus Global LLC ("AD Nexus Global," "we," "us," or "our"), we want every client to feel confident in their decision to work with us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available across our digital, business formation, cloud, and travel services. It supplements the terms of your specific Service Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict.

2. Deposits and Project Work

Most custom projects begin with a non-refundable deposit that reserves your slot in our schedule and funds discovery, planning, and initial work. Because this work begins immediately, the deposit is not refundable once the engagement has started.

For milestone-based projects, fees paid for a completed and accepted milestone are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you remain responsible for payment of all work performed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date, and any unused, prepaid balance for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion.

3. Recurring Services and Retainers

Monthly and recurring services, such as marketing retainers, SEO, cloud hosting, and managed support, are billed in advance for each period. You may cancel future renewals at any time with the notice specified in your Service Agreement.

Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, because resources and team capacity are allocated in advance. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period unless required by law.

4. Third-Party and Government Fees

Certain costs are paid to third parties and are non-refundable once incurred, including state and federal government filing fees, registered agent fees, EIN processing, domain registrations, software licenses, payment-processor fees, and advertising spend.

These fees are set by the relevant agency or provider, not by AD Nexus Global, and we cannot recover them on your behalf even if a filing is delayed, rejected, or no longer needed.

5. Travel Services

Travel bookings, including flights, hotels, visa support, and related arrangements, are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of the airlines, hotels, and suppliers involved. Service fees charged by AD Nexus Global for arranging travel are non-refundable once the work has been performed. We will help you pursue any refund you may be entitled to from the underlying supplier.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us in writing using the details at the bottom of this page within fifteen (15) days of the relevant charge. Please include your name, business name, invoice or order number, and a clear explanation of your request.

We review every request individually and in good faith. We may ask for additional information to evaluate your request and will let you know our decision and reasoning.

7. Approved Refunds and Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take five to ten business days for the funds to appear after we process the refund.

Where a partial refund is appropriate, we will calculate it based on the work delivered, costs incurred, and any non-recoverable third-party fees.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and, where the charge is valid under your Service Agreement, may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated costs.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
